Bianca Perilli
Bianca is the founder of Perison Inc. and an entrepreneur with a passion for helping others. At 20 years old, she launched her first business in the telecom industry. She has since built and led teams of hundreds of people in the direct selling industry – experience of which has laid the groundwork for the formation of Perison Inc.
Prior to her experience in Technical Staffing, she was appointed by the Mayor of Glens Falls, NY as the Downtown Business and Cultural Arts Manager. Here she flourished in leading entrepreneurs.
In Corporate America, Bianca quickly flew thru the ranks; breaking sales records, exceeding goals, running branches and divisions. After stepping out on her own, she has mastered full desk recruiting and receives fulfillment in matching the right candidate with the right client.

Arlene Johnson
Arlene Johnson has over 25 years' experience in the technical sales industry. Prior to 2006, Arlene's technical sales was with start-up to Fortune 500 companies of Hardware Networking (WAN) equipment.
In 2006, she changed her sales direction and entered into the Technical Recruiting and Staffing industry running a full desk.
Her ability to build strong business relationships with both the Clients and Candidates has led to her success within this industry. Arlene has an excellent work ethic, is a great listener of what the Client needs and is very customer-oriented, which provides a win for everyone.
She has always lived by - “I treat my Clients and Candidates the way I want to be treated."
